A few frinstances:

A major management training resource - a year of workshops, online, seminars and demand generation - for a pan-European business support programme.
Potential training subjects were polled from over 1500 SMEs, and new content created and tested before going live
THE Academy
Direct management, marketing and sales support to the C-suite of a multinational logistics firm to break into 'must-win' accounts.
Working with the Board, a strategic plan was develop to re-position and pitch to major corporates, with our people as part of the bid team. 
STRATEGIC SALES
A complete Series A funding package - strategy, target funders, information memorandum and slide deck, plus short-form business plan and outline financials, and setting up funder meetings and presentations - for a disruptive computing firm seeking to raise €4m
Access to finance
Complete bid document for a new supply chain management project - including detailed examples of proposed documentation, presentations, and marketing communications. After successful award of the contract, a 200 page operations manual was produced by PJYT for the set-up of the project and running, by five regional teams, all recruited specifically for the project.

How It Works

PJYT comprises highly experienced professionals,with many years of relevant expertise, at all levels in all roles.

Plus, we have all run our own firms, ranging from 40-person consultancies, to major technology operations with thousands of staff and revenues in the billions...

We arrange to spend time with you, and usually your team, on the phone or in person, to scope the objectives, the timescales, the resources available and needed, and the roles and responsibilities.

When we've mutually agreed these, we'll prepare a project plan, and encourage you to comment and change, to arrive at a document that details what we'll all be doing, what we're aiming for, and what it will cost in money and time.

Objectives

First step is for us collectively to define the goals, and how we will monitor and measure them. They may change – in fact it is very likely that they will, in response to internal and external factors.

Timescale

Is there a need for speed? Are there market events or market forces that we need to take into account?  Is gaining funding or sales a gating factor? Milestones and project duration need setting from the start.

Resources

What can you bring to the project, and what should we plan to provide? If necessary, we do a quick gap analysis to ensure that we have a fully resourced and capable team, constructed from your and our people.

Roles & Responsibilities

It's essential to  set out who does what, right from the start. Will your team be comfortable with our people representing your company in high-level meetings,  or will they need to attend? Small issues, big impact.
